I'm Sapphire - a 16 year old sophomore with a 4.0 GPA. I've been in Minecraft for a while and I know essentially every side of the game - from development and duping and exploiting to redstoning screensharing building PVP and staffing servers. I've worked in communities of all different sizes so I understand what makes them tick.

Outside of gaming I build PCs - I've created close to 30 machines for myself and others ranging from budget builds around $600 all the way up to $5,000 setups. I talk to each person involved in such projects to understand what they need rather than just throwing money towards components that won't provide benefit to the user.

I also do Minecraft forensics on the side using tools like Ocean Journal and ProcessHacker to track and catch cheaters on a server level. On top of that I operate a few small businesses in addition to snack selling 3D printed toys and shoe reselling.

Such extensive time in various communities means I'm fairly good at maintaining professionalism. While moderation is never easy or without testing patience - I remain with a level head to remain fair and not make it personal. Whether it's a heated chat a staff discussion or a one on one interaction with a player - it's the same way I deal with each situation.
